In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 and subsequent amendments

Data Controller

as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, "Privacy Code") and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") that your data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes:

The Controller processes personal data, identifying data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, banking and payment references) – hereinafter, "personal data" or also "data") communicated by you on the occasion of the preparation, conduct and conclusion of contracts for the services offered by the Controller.
2. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed:
A) Without your express consent (art. 24 lett. a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:
- Conclude contracts for the Controller's services;
- Fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and fiscal obligations arising from existing relationships with you;
- Fulfill obligations provided by law, regulation, community legislation or an order from the Authority (such as anti-money laundering);
- Exercise the Controller's rights, for example the right of defense in court;

Processing is also carried out with the aid of computer means for the following purposes:

1. Data provided for making reservations, both through the website and the contact center (call center, email or chat) for individual and group accommodation requests:
- Management of booking requests made by users.
- Sending confirmation or documentation of the booking made.
- Sending commercial communications from Hotel Majesty, if relevant consent has been given.
- Analysis of website usage and verification of user preferences and behavior.

2. Data provided for booking information as a user at Hotel Majesty:
-Management of requests related to registration or cancellation of registration in the category chosen by the user.
-Verification, at Hotel Majesty's discretion, that the user meets the requirements for registration in the selected category.
-Management and responses to potential information requests made by the user.
-Search for promotions that meet the needs selected by the user.
-Sending personalized commercial communications from Hotel Majesty.
-Analysis of website usage and verification of user preferences and behavior.

3. Data provided through the Offers and Promotions form:
-Management of contact and information requests from users through the channels available for this purpose on Hotel Majesty websites.
-Management of requests made.
-Analysis of website usage and verification of user preferences and behavior.

4. Data provided to modify or cancel reservations:
-Management of requests to modify or cancel bookings made at Hotel Majesty by the user.
-Sending the relevant response to Hotel Majesty.
-Analysis of website usage and verification of user preferences and behavior.

5. Data provided for Newsletter subscription:
Management of subscription and/or cancellation from the Newsletter, carried out through the channel provided on the Hotel Majesty website. (with prior consent as per specific form)
We also wish to inform you that the European Regulation recognizes certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or deletion or limitation or opposition to processing, in addition to the right to data portability, if and insofar as applicable (articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation n. 679 of 2016). You can also file a complaint with the supervisory authority, according to the procedures provided by current legislation.
